Our recent exterior remodeling project in Conroe, Texas was a challenging yet rewarding task. The client had a vision of giving their home a new and modern look, while also increasing its energy efficiency and overall durability. We worked closely with them to understand their needs and preferences, and came up with a comprehensive plan that addressed all their concerns.
We started by replacing the old, worn-out siding with new and durable fiber cement siding that is resistant to weather and pests. We also added new insulation to the walls and roof to increase the home’s energy efficiency and reduce heating and cooling costs. The roof was replaced with a new, high-quality metal roof that provides superior protection against weather damage and adds to the home’s modern look. The windows and doors were also replaced with energy-efficient models that provide better insulation and reduce outside noise. Finally, we added a new deck and pergola to the backyard, providing the client with a beautiful and functional outdoor living space that they can enjoy for years to come. The result was a stunning and highly functional exterior that the client was thrilled with, and that significantly increased the home’s value and curb appeal.
