The new custom patio cover project was completed in Spring, TX. The project involved in demolish an existing cedar patio pergola structure and build a custom & personalized patio cover that meets the client’s needs and preferences, our team also worked together with the client providing drawings and sketch documents for the HOA permit process prior to the construction activities.
During the installation, we incorporate a combination of new open gable and hip-style roof, making sure the new structural beams components are connected to the existing exterior wall framing properly and the new roof line is constructed according to the existing house roof design, also incorporate various features such as 6″ recessed LED lights, full high brick columns, dedicated electric receptacles, etc.
