Our remodeling company recently completed a kitchen remodel and interior house water damage restoration project for a client in Spring, Texas. Our team worked closely with the client and homeowners insurance company and understand the client’s vision for their new custom kitchen cabinets and also to create a detailed home renovation scope of work proposal that would meet their needs and budget.
During the home restoration project, we updated the kitchen cabinets, installed new quartz countertops, fixed damaged drywall & match wall texture, installed interior and exterior doors, door casings, and baseboard trims replacements, Replaced existing carpet and vinyl floors with new ceramic floor tile, painted all interior molding trims and walls, kitchen plumbing upgrades, electric upgrades, etc. to create a more modern and functional space. We also installed new lighting fixtures that enhanced the overall ambiance of the kitchen. The client was extremely pleased with the results, and we were proud to have exceeded their expectations.
